Using the site
Use this site to view sessions, manage your account, and make bookings.
Please keep household names and attendee details accurate.
Household accounts and credits
Credits sit at household level and can be shared across children or adults.
Free Play: 0.5 credits
Standard Session: 1 credit
Specialist Class: 2 credits
Premium 1:1: 6 credits
Credit packs last 60 days. Membership credits reset every 30 days.
Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
Credits are reserved when you book and used when your session starts.
Cancel 48 hours or more before a session for a full credit refund.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50 percent credit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows deduct credits after a 10 minute grace period. Late arrival does not extend the session time.
Each booking can be rescheduled once. Tech Den may refund credits in genuine exceptional cases.
Memberships and pricing
Memberships give the best value for regular booking.
Walk-in access starts at £20, rises with repeat use, and caps at £40.
Credits and memberships give better value than walk-in pricing.
Prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page and may change over time.

We may update sessions, pricing, and these terms over time.
If a change affects bookings or payments, we will update the site clearly.
